Employment Source, Inc., located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is an affiliate of the ServiceSource Network. As a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, Employment Source offers rehabilitation and employment services to people with disabilities. It also offers outsourcing labor options to businesses and government agencies in a variety of fields, including food service, mail management, administrative services, document management, assembly and packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping and receiving, and logistics.

All ServiceSource Network affiliates have received the maximum three-year CARF accreditation for its rehabilitation programs.
